This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect only what's needed to deliver your report, your script is confidential, we never sell your data, and we never use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
1. What We Collect

We do not collect data for advertising, do not run third-party ad trackers, and do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
2. How We Use Your Content
Your script and your report are treated as confidential material:
- Accessed only by the analyst working on your order and the systems that store it;
- Never published, shared, sold, or shown to other customers;
- Never used to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent;
- Used only to produce your Evidence Report and support you afterwards.
During research, excerpts of your script may be processed by the AI and search providers listed below, strictly to perform the audit, under their business terms.
3. Service Providers (Processors)
We use a small set of providers to operate ScriptGaps. Each receives only what it needs:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and encrypted file storage (scripts, reports)
- Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, status updates)
- Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection
- Hosting provider — the server infrastructure running scriptgaps.com
- AI and web-search providers (e.g., Anthropic and a search API) — processing excerpts of submitted text solely to perform the research you purchased
We do not authorize any provider to use your content for its own marketing.
4. Retention and Deletion
- Scripts and reports: retained for 90 days after delivery so we can support you and handle revision requests, then scheduled for deletion.
- Delete on request: email info@aipera.com (or use the request option on the site) at any time and we will delete your submitted scripts and reports, normally within 14 days, except minimal records we must keep (see below).
- Order and payment records: retained as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Emails/support threads: retained as long as useful for supporting you.
5. Security
Scripts are stored in private, access-controlled storage; data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS); database access is restricted by row-level security; secrets are never stored in code; and administrative access is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, but confidentiality of unpublished scripts is treated as a core product promise, not an afterthought.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive a copy (portability); object to or restrict certain processing; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these, email info@aipera.com — we respond to all requests regardless of your location. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. International Transfers
We operate from the United States and Bangladesh, and our providers may process data in other countries. By using the service you understand your data will be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions, protected by the safeguards described in this policy and our providers' compliance frameworks.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies/technologies needed for the site to function (e.g., security and session handling, Turnstile). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
9. Children
The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
Updates will be posted at scriptgaps.com/privacy with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the page.
