Who owns what.
Short answer: you keep your script, you keep your report, we keep our method. The long answer is below, and the binding one is in the Terms.
The lines that matter
Your script stays yours
You keep every right you had. We get a narrow licence to store and analyse it for the sole purpose of producing your report, and nothing else.
Your Evidence Report is yours to use
Quote it, act on it, hand it to your editor or your lawyer. What you may not do is resell the report itself or present it as an independent certification of your video.
Our method stays ours
The prompts, templates, report structure and software remain Aipera's. Buying a report does not buy the machinery that produced it.
We quote you only to you
Your sentences appear in your own report and nowhere else. If we ever want to use an anonymised excerpt as a sample, we ask first.
Sources are credited and linked
We quote sources minimally, name the publisher and the date, and link to the original so you and your audience can go and read it.
How we credit sources
Every source in your report is named, dated, classified and linked, and quoted only as far as needed to show what it supports. If a publisher believes we have gone further than that, write to info@aipera.com and we will look at it the same day.
